The staff are incredibly caring, friendly and keen to make sure all is well. That is all the staff including cleaners, catering and volunteers as well as the nurses. The facilities are excellent - lounge area and tea and coffee available and I can't get over that we are offered alcoholic beverages! I haven't experienced anything that could be improved. Thank you.

The doctors, nurses and HCA's have time to look after you with kindness and compassion. Your life expectations are fully explained if you request it, a full range of services can be accessed from one single point which is very helpful.
